- Eleven years as a senior investment consultant to asset owners, providing advice on investment strategy, dynamic de-risking, manager selection and liability hedging before joining the Thinking Ahead Institute in 2016.
- On a number of industry boards and committees, including Investment 20/20 and #talkaboutblack, a powerful movement sponsored by The Diversity Project that aims to improve the conversation on ethnic diversity.
- ‘Woman of the year’ in the 2020 Women in Finance Summit and Award Series; Financial News’ Rising Stars of Asset Management in Europe 2020; 2021 Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) roll call of thought leaders in the category of ‘actuaries changing mindsets’; WTW CEO Circle award winner for outstanding contribution to WTW.
