Future of work: Teamwork in a hybrid world
Never before in the history of work have we had more opportunities to design and improve how work gets done. In the extremely competitive area of investments, where the assets are the people, we designed a member event to make the most of the opportunity to share ideas and learn from each other.
At the event, Roger Urwin and the team shared their views on the great resetting of the world of work and the hybrid-work journey. In it, we probed the implications of Covid and discussed:
- The impact on social capital and how perspectives on work have widened
- The newfound opportunity to reshape our work styles
- How best to utilise this opportunity for effective change.
We were also joined by Dr Brent Hecht from Microsoft and Jeff Jones from Insight Investment.
