At the Thinking Ahead Institute, we believe that culture is a unique and highly influential ingredient in the recipe for competitive advantage among investment firms. Since the launch of the Institute in 2015, culture, leadership and diversity have been key industry themes. We explored these further in our research paper focused on the impact of culture on institutional investors. Since then, our members have used our research as a basis for measuring and managing culture in their own investment organisations and sharpening their cultural edge.
In 2019, we launched a global study of asset managers and asset owners keen to understand their own cultural signature and leadership footprints, and support more wide-spread positive cultural change.
Now, we are delighted to invite our Institute members to The power of culture virtual summit, which will explore key findings from our study so far with some of the world’s leading investment organisations, shedding light on the power of culture to support greater purpose and mission in the investment industry.
